Creating and Viewing Reports

From the History tab, both open and closed incidents cab be searched to create reports for your viewing, printing or exporting.

Create reports that meet your needs by using the search criteria selection at the top of the screen. Create your search criteria and click Search. All records related to your search criteria will be displayed.

 

 

Print Button – Found at the top right of your screen, this button is used to print individual incident records as they appear on the screen. This is a print of the actual screen.
 

Export Button – Found at the top right of your screen, this button is used to export all data displayed on the page to an Excel spreadsheet or other application for data sorting. Data is exported in a comma-delimited file format, also commonly known as CSV format.
